Business Development Representative - German Speaker (f/m/d)

What We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer satisfaction management.


Your Responsibilities

• Research new prospects, build the pipeline of potential leads
• Reach out to prospective clients via phone, email and LinkedIn
• Understand our potential customer’s existing processes regarding customer satisfaction management and present our SaaS solution accordingly
• Book demos with qualified leads for our enterprise sales team
• Support our enterprise sales team in building a strong pipeline
• Work closely with our enterprise sales team to handover opportunities and document prospect requirements in our CRM


We Expect

• Native German speaker
• Experience in cold calling or sales is a must
• Ability to build credibility over the phone with prospects
• Strong commercial awareness
• Growth mindset with a strong personal drive
• Team player with an ability to work independently
• Ambitious, driven and results-oriented
• Proficiency in English
• Background in a SaaS environment is a plus
