Account Manager France (f/m/d)

What We’re Looking For:

An awesome team player to support our French Customer Care team to train our customers on our product, provide help in case of any questions and ensure the confidence and trust of the customers in our software and the company.

Aufgaben:

Your Responsibilities:

• General care of our existing and new customers
• Training and support for existing and new customers via telephone
• Installation and technical implementation of customer accounts
• Identifying system errors and manage internal bug fixing together with our Product team
• Processing of contracts, invoicing and cancellations
• Communication with technical partners of Customer Alliance

Anforderungen:

We Expect:

• French as a mother tongue or at a native level, fluent English skills
• Excellent communication and problem solving skills
• Friendly demeanor on the phone during customer consultations
• Confident and charismatic presentation of our solution and the company
• Team player with an ability to work independently
• Customer oriented mindset, strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
• Experience working with a CRM tool is preferred
