Personal Assistant (m/f/x) Administration & Entrepreneurship

We are looking for a Personal Assistant (m/f/x) that will provide assistance by organizing administrative office operations and procedures in our startup.


Your tasks
- You will provide assistance by organizing administrative office operations and procedures related to the success of the team: meetings and conferences organisation, mail distribution, travel arrangements, business letters preparation, holiday and other absences requests
- You are responsible for a functioning daily routine and take a proactive, forward-looking and flexible approach to complex calendar management
- Participate in project coordination, ensuring that all project members are updated with the most recent meeting minutes, action points, schedules and reports


Your Qualification
- You are currently studying Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, HR or similar 
- Ideally you have already gained experiences working in a startup or in an international environment 
- Solid project management and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail
- Very good knowledge of MS Office, skills with regard to standard systems in the field of business IT are an advantage
- Strong sense of responsibility and high levels of commitment, integrity and discretion
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Independent and self organized worker
