We are searching for a Dual Master (m/f/d) in Customer Journey and Customer Success Analysis.
Aufgaben:
Your Tasks?
- You will define customer engagement model for Customer Success in Sales and Support
- You will gather customer feedback
- You will analyze customer journey: define touchpoints, profile customer, structure segments
- You will gap analysis for roles in Customer Success model
- You will enhance of revenue for Sales and Service
Anforderungen:
Your Profile?
- First or second class honors degree (from a university, university of applied sciences or cooperative university) in Business Administration or Business Engineering
- First experience in Business Development
- Knowledge of Cloud or SAAS systems preferred
- Affinity to international markets
- Global and flexible mindset
- Good knowledge of MS-Office
- Fluent language skills in spoken and written German and English
