As a Junior Account Manager (m/f/d) Sales/Consulting in Berlin at our company you will sell a SaaS tool that comes with physical prepaid cards.


The opportunity that presents itself here, however, is only the beginning. When you start at our company, you have the opportunity to become an Account Manager (m/f/d) and then even a Team Leader (m/f/d). Part of this journey will be to refine your interpersonal skills, develop negotiation tactics and acquire all the skills that will take you forward in the wonderful startup sales world.


Your Responsibilities

- You will sell a SaaS tool that comes with physical prepaid cards that are then distributed to all employees within the company
- You will have targets to reach a certain number of new active users, but how you reach them depends on you
- You communicate with and convince our customers via Mail


Your Profile

- You are business fluent in German
- You can work in English with ease (it's our company language)
- You have a lot of ambition
- You have the ability to trust trust in the rest of the team and bring out the best in them
- You own a winning attitude, knowing that there are easy days and hard days and the ability to get through them both
- You possess strong listening abilities, empathy, and genuine and flowing curiosity to learn more about the people you are interacting with
- You desire to challenge customers to thinking in new & different ways
- You dare to stand up for what you believe in and argue for your vision
- You are a team player, we have no room for sharp elbows or politics in our sales teams
- An entrepreneurial mindset and interest in macro trends & innovation
- Strong inner motivation paired with a positive mindset (it's the key to hitting targets)
