Global Support Engineer (m/f/d) Consulting & Management
We are looking for a professional to join our Field Service Business Process Management Team as Global Process Engineer (m/f/d).

This is the ideal position for a professional to join our Field Service Business Process Management Team as Global Process Engineer (m/f/d).
- You work directly with the global teams to support them to keep their operations running.
- You will become an expert in our project management process and initially lead smaller global projects.
- You consult your internal customers on improvement ideas.
- You support all local & global processes together with your team.
- You consult the operational team on driving continuous improvements within the associated process executions
- You gain process / tooling knowledge of the overall service business.
- You work key improvement projects to gain knowledge and participate in taking our Field Service business to the next level.
- Bachelors, Master´s or University Degree or equivalent (Economical computer science (Wirtschaftsinformatik, Betriebswirtschaft or similar)
- Excellent English language & interpersonal communication skills
- Logical thinker & quick learner
- Proactive, self-disciplined, and highly motivated
- Willingness to occasional travel
- Demonstrated strong personal leadership & good team player
- Self-reflected with a positive can-do attitude and good sense of humor
- Ability to set priorities based on actual customer needs, defined strategies, and management directions
- Good German language skills (preferred)
