HR Manager (m/f/d) Recruitment & Compliance

We’re looking for a Human Resources (HR) Manager to undertake a variety of HR
administrative duties.

Aufgaben:

What the role involves

- Be the first point of contact for employees from HR perspective and control employee onboarding, benefits, travel costs, time-off etc. and maintain employee records
- Run and control HR projects and ensure the implementation of new HR policies and procedures
- Prepare the company for further growth by developing recruiting strategies  to attract and hire qualified candidates
- Act as an advisor on HR topics for new employees, coordinate and ensure compliance in all steps of the visa, onboarding and relocation process
- Organize meetups with an HR focus, to build our employer brand and for recruiting purposes
- Develop processes around employees’ professional development and training
- Contribute to further developing and maintaining a great company culture and work environment
- Provide an outstanding onboarding and relocation experience for our new hires
- Execute team-building events and ensure they contribute to an inclusive company culture 
- Work closely with management in improving the efficiency of HR processes and support management in all topics related to people and culture

Anforderungen:

What we’re looking for in you

- 3+ years of relevant experience in a human resources capacity in a fast-paced, international environment
- Thorough knowledge of several critical areas within HR such as recruiting, compensation, labor legislation, employee/labor relations, training/development, and HR administration and processing
- Ability to develop and interpret policies and procedures
- Experience in onboarding and relocation, incl. work permit applications and helping candidates settle
- Strong planning, analytical and interpersonal skills, including strong verbal and written communication and business language skills
- Great with Excel, HR software background, generally quick in learning and implementing new tools
- Experience with developing and managing processes around performance appraisals
- Excellent organizational, autonomous working and prioritization skills
- Excellent communication and writing skills in English and German
- Empathic, service-oriented and easily able to build trust with individuals
