Account Executive (m/f/d)

As an Account Executive (m/w/d) you will manage and optimize existing relationships with our clients.


These will be your tasks

- Manage and optimize existing relationships with our clients
- Be a strategic advisor to our partners
- Observe the relevant market and competitive environment
- Look out for new commercial opportunities
- Monitor, analyze and optimize the performance of our key accounts
- Create annual sales plans together with the Global Head of Sales and report regularly on activities, progress and successes

- People person, enthusiastic about helping and serving clients, but also to close deals
- Entrepreneurial mindset: acting, independent, structured, efficient way of working
- Interested in consulting, business and tech-related topics and love the adrenaline of startups
- Experience with account management within the digital or recruiting space is a plus
- Strong analytical, decision-making and problem-solving skills
- You are absolutely reliable, motivated, and a good team player
- Good sense of humor and social skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, German and English
