We are a successful Swiss online retailer. Over multiple distribution channels we offer stylish designer indoor and outdoor furniture for compelling prices. With our main operation office in Poland (Szczecin), the company is rapidly expanding internationally and is looking for a Customer Service Representative for Czech Republic.

Anforderungen:

What will you be responsible for?

- Customer service via phone, e-mail and live chat
- Processing orders
- Solving issues
- Technical support of country manager
- Marketing support for planning promotional campaigns

Angebote:

What skills should you have?

- You are native / fluent in Czech and have in addition great written and communications skills
- You have good cultural knowledge of a given market and are a fast learner
- You are able to work in a team as well as individually
- You are located in Szczecin (Poland), would like to relocate or work remotely
- You are able to work under pressure and multitask
- If you are highly motivated and ambitious, experience is not required
