Greek Speaking Customer Service
As a Customer Support Service team member, you will use your great communication skills to
assist customers in making correct use of a product. Via Live-Chat, E-mail and phone support
you will help to increase customer retention.
Provide Feedback to team leader, traders and support team.
Help to solve customer queries without ticket escalation
Translating from English to Greek
Keep informed and interested in our online sportsbook, casino & virtual games products
Excellent and Fluent Greek and English language skills
Experience in sports betting or casino customer service
Professional communication skills
Able to work shifts, weekends and bank holidays (40 hours regular a week)
Able to work overtime if necessary
Good keyboards skills
